After a workout, what to do? Ladies, you may feel confused as to what the heck is supposed to do after exercise. Many people instantly freshen up, shower, or directly undertake other activities after exercise. Though it is not the right thing to do after a workout. Cooling

After the exercise, do not forget to cool. The purpose of this cooling is to relax the muscles as well as reduce the heart rate and reduce inflammation. In addition, this cooling can also help you to avoid fatigue or excessive achieved after exercise.

Self Relaxes

After doing cooling, relax your body before doing other activities. Sit down, calm down, and relax your body for 15-20 minutes before doing the next activity. Direct activity or other activity after exercise could make your mood worse and make you feel more tired. So relax your body for a few minutes before doing other activities.

Drink Enough Water

Sports have reduced body fluids and essential salts that must be replenished after exercise. It is important to drink water for several times once while exercising, but do not forget to stay hydrated with sufficient condition after exercise.

Consumption of Healthy Foods

During exercise, your body will use the energy available, using carbohydrate reserves, and makes the muscles of the body work hard. Without recharge your body with the right foods (proteins and carbohydrates), our bodies can be damaged. Most dieticians recommend to eat healthy food within 90 minutes after exercise.
